Providing the Education you need to become a successful Weightlifting Coach.

We’ve combined over 30 years of coaching experience, formal exercise science education, trial and error, failures, and successes to bring you a world-class educational experience.

The Oly Institute was designed to elevate coaches. We’re covering the basics and going beyond the scope of a weekend class.

You’ll find in-depth topics such as: competition preparedness, counting cards, programming for large groups, competition strategies, and more.  These aspects of coaching can take years to fully understand and master. It can take even longer for those unable to work directly under an experienced coach or mentor.

Our interactive online courses are accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Go beyond what you’ve learned in weekend courses, ebooks, and articles!  Test your knowledge, join a community of like-minded coaches, and accelerate your Coaching journey.

Your athletes will thank you!
